To clear the service light in a Nissan Micra, turn the ignition on without starting the engine. Use the controls on the steering wheel to access the onboard computer menu and navigate to the maintenance settings section.

Select the option related to the service interval, choose the reset option, and confirm the request displayed on the screen. After the operation, turn off the instrument cluster, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on to check that the service reminder has been cleared and that the new maintenance interval has been updated correctly.
