How to Replace the Key Fob Battery on a Nissan Rogue

Today, you will learn how to replace the battery in the remote key fob for a Nissan Rogue. The model we will use is a CR 2032. Move the lever on the back of the fob to remove the emergency key contained inside. Next, insert a flathead screwdriver into the left side slot to apply slight pressure, allowing you to open the fob and remove the black plastic cover. It is very important to be careful not to damage the clips during this process to prevent the fob from staying open after reassembly. After replacing the battery, reassemble the two parts of the fob and insert the metal emergency key back inside.
