How to Replace the Number Plate Light on a Nissan Juke

Replacing the number plate lights on a Nissan Juke is a fairly simple task that should not require professional help with a bit of manual skill. First, it is advisable to open the rear hatch halfway to gain easier access to the lamp holders. Looking above the number plate, you will notice the two light units that hold the bulbs; these are secured by clips, and you just need to lever them out from the outer edge to release them from their housing. Once released, you will see the power connector that includes the bulb holder, which is also secured by clips and will require a bit of force to pull it out. At this point, you will have access to the bulb, which can be replaced with a new one, and then reassemble everything in the reverse order of disassembly.
