Removing the Radio from the Dashboard of the Micra

Follow these steps to remove the damaged radio from a Nissan Micra. First, remove the plastic cover above the centre console.

Use a plastic lever to detach the trim cover (where the air vents are located) from the centre console. Remove the side and lower cover of the radio.

Unscrew the retaining screws on either side of the radio with a screwdriver. Pull the radio out by hand and disconnect the cables (power and antenna).

At the end of the radio installation, all that remains is to test its operation in all its parts.
