Operation: How to remove the steering wheel of the Nissan Qashqai.

In this video we can see how the Nissan Qashqai steering wheel can be removed. First we need to equip ourselves with a flat tip screwdriver; then open the door, and insert the screwdriver into the hole behind the steering wheel as shown in the video. Turn the steering wheel to allow the airbag to be released and disconnected from the steering wheel. At this point we must disconnect the airbag electrical cable. Once the airbag has been removed, take a key to unscrew the central support that holds the steering wheel in place. Next you have to take a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the screws that hold the position control box in place.
