Removing and Potentially Replacing the Car Stereo

Since the invention of the radio (and later stereos), they have been integrated into cars, initially as an expensive option. Now, they are practically standard in all cars; but what if you decide to change it, perhaps for a newer model? The procedure is simple but delicate. Using a couple of thin plastic tools, gently pry along the corners of the stereo in the dashboard, then remove the relevant wiring, starting from the top. Unscrew two screws, and you will be able to remove the larger part, along with the wiring; the last step is to remove the support screws on the sides. Now, after carefully disconnecting the wiring, you can replace it!
