Instructions for Removing the Car Radio

Model: Nissan Pathfinder MK 3, R51 - Years 2005-2012

The first step is to remove the glove compartment located at the centre of the dashboard, just above the central console: simply pry along the edges. Then, unscrew the central screw underneath and detach the frame of the central console that includes the air vents and climate control buttons; at this point, unscrew the other screws securing the car radio and pull it forward from its housing; finally, disconnect the plugs at the back, taking care not to damage the locking clips (they need to be pressed with a screwdriver to be released).
