Replacing the key fob battery in a Nissan Altima is very simple. Here’s how to do it in this tutorial.

For this operation, you will need a CR2032 battery and a small flathead screwdriver. First, use the small button on the back to extract the emergency key. Then, insert the screwdriver tip into the indicated slot.

At this point, pry it open, remove the back cover, and proceed with the battery replacement, making sure to position the replacement battery with the positive side facing down.
