Check Integrity of Engine Compartment Fuses

In addition to the cabin, there is also a fuse box in the engine compartment, usually located near the battery. If any electrical device on board the vehicle is not functioning, the first thing to check is the corresponding fuse, as if it has been damaged for some reason, it is clear that opening the power circuit will prevent current from reaching the device in question. Once you locate the fuse box, remove the cover and find the correspondence between the fuse and the icon on the cover; extract the fuse using a pair of pliers and check the integrity of the filament connecting the two pins of the fuse.
