Nissan Qashqai - Video tutorial

Model: Nissan Qashqai J10 - Years 2006-2014
Part: Particulate filter
Operation: How to remove the DPF on Nissan Qashqai

In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to remove the DPF particulate filter on Nissan Qashqai through simple steps. The first thing to do is to purchase 5 liters of DPF cleaner; subsequently, lift the car with a jack and put safety supports, or if you have a lift even better to work. So next to the manifold there are two bolts that you need to remove and there are also two more nuts in the back of the exhaust. The particulate filter is located inside the channel part of the exhaust system. Through a tube the fluids pass through the DPF. Once the DPF has been disassembled, you have to soak it for about an hour and thirty minutes, to ensure proper cleaning of debris. Then put it back in the car by proceeding backwards.

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display.
