If you don't know how to properly replace the battery in your Nissan Altima key, this guide is all you need. Just follow the instructions provided to complete the entire procedure without any difficulty. First, press the button located on the back of the cover and simultaneously pull out the physical key. Next, using the same key or a small flathead screwdriver, remove the back cover and proceed to replace the battery. Finally, reassemble the cover and place the emergency key back inside.
