As shown in this tutorial, disabling the parking sensors on the Nissan Qashqai J11 is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, insert the key and start the vehicle.

Then, scroll the main display screen to the left to access the settings menu. Next, enter the "Driving Assistance" section and select "Parking Aids". Finally, uncheck the "Rear Sensor" option to complete the operation.

If you also wish to disable the emergency braking directly linked to the sensors, you can find the relevant option in the "Driving Aids" section.
