To reset the service on a Nissan Qashqai, proceed as follows: Turn on the instrument cluster, noting that the mileage (6,592 miles) is flashing. Now turn off the instrument cluster, press and hold the button on the right where it says "trip", keep it pressed and simultaneously turn the instrument cluster back on, holding the button until the new mileage (12,500 miles) appears. At this point, you can turn off the instrument cluster and check if, when turning it back on, the reset mileage appears; the operation is complete.
