How to Remove the Intake Manifold

Model: Nissan 350z MK 1 - Years 2002-2009

This video tutorial shows how to remove the manifold covering the intake valves of a Nissan 350Z. The manifold is secured by a cover that is attached with several locking screws. Once unscrewed, you can proceed to remove the cover. The 10 mm bolts securing the manifold are then shown. Using a power tool, unscrew them. There is also a side bracket that acts as a lock: unscrew the bolts from it as well and completely free the manifold. Now disconnect the side hose using pliers. Finally, lift the manifold from above and remove it.
