In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the cabin filter on a Nissan Maxima by following a few simple steps: the first thing to do is to purchase a new pollen filter from an authorised dealer; the next step is to get into the vehicle, turn off the engine, and pull the handbrake; the cabin filter in this vehicle is located inside the car behind the glove compartment, so you need to open the glove box, remove all items inside, and then remove the fastening bolts (see video); these bolts can be found in the footwell and under the panel. Once the bolts are removed, take out the glove box, then disconnect the connectors for the light and the airbag. Remove the filter cover and extract the old filter element. Position the new filter element and reassemble all parts in reverse order.
