First, move the seat all the way back, then detach the plastic covers from the brackets and undo the exposed bolts. Next, slide the seat forward, repeat the process on the rear side, and disconnect the white connector located underneath the seat. At this point, grasp the seat, separate it from the base, and fit the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
