If the key for your Nissan Sentra Mk7 (2013-2019) suddenly stops working, don't worry. If the issue is due to a dead battery, you can easily replace it. Let's find out how. First, get a new button battery (model CR 1620), a flathead screwdriver, and a Phillips screwdriver. Now, unscrew the small screw on the cover and use the flathead screwdriver to remove the back cover. Once done, locate and remove the old, exhausted battery and replace it with the new one. Finally, reassemble the cover, and you're finished.
