This video shows how to reset the maintenance light on a 2016 Nissan X-Trail. The procedure is very simple and takes less than 1 minute to complete.

First, start the instrument cluster. Then, using the ENTER button on the left side of the steering wheel, scroll to find the settings menu.

Once located, press the ENTER button to select it. Next, scroll to the maintenance option, select it, and then select the service option. Now, press the ENTER button.

You will be asked if you want to reset; select yes and press the button again to confirm. The reset will then be complete.
