How to Replace the Alternator on a Nissan Sentra

Today's instructions will show you how to remove and replace the alternator on a Nissan Sentra by following these simple steps. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the right front wheel; then remove the splash shield and disconnect the serpentine belt by loosening the tensioner, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the mounting bolts of the alternator, disconnecting its electrical wiring to take it out; then replace it with the new one, reconnecting it as well as the original, and finally reassemble the serpentine belt!
