Removing the Car Radio and Dashboard

Model: Nissan 350z MK 1 - Years 2002-2009

Due to the delicate nature of this task, it is recommended to carry out the operation if you have some experience. Remove the gear lever cover and the associated plastic panel by prising at the edges with a plastic tool. Disconnect the wiring of the switches and pull it away from the gear lever. Unscrew the screws of the control unit and remove it. Unscrew all the screws of the car radio fascia. Gently remove the fascia by prising at all sides, then also remove the complete dashboard by carefully extracting it from its housing. Disconnect all wiring at the back until it is completely removed.
