Disassembling the gear shift knob in your 2010 Nissan Sentra is really simple, and by following the steps described below, you will be able to complete the operation safely and without any difficulty. First of all, make sure you have a flathead screwdriver and a small pair of pliers available. Then, go inside the car and remove the plastic piece located at the bottom of the knob with the help of the screwdriver. Once you have done that, break the safety clip with the pliers and pull the knob upwards to completely disassemble it.
