How do you reset the automatic transmission of the Opel Astra?

In order to reset the automatic transmission of the Opel Astra, you need to connect a diagnostic tool to the OBD port of the vehicle: this port is located on the dashboard immediately below the steering column. Once the scanner is connected, you can select the model of the car and its corresponding version. By selecting the error that is preventing the transmission from unlocking, you can eliminate it as shown in the video; at the end of the procedure, you can disconnect the scanner and unlock the transmission.
