Before discovering together how to replace the battery in the key of your Opel Vivaro (year 2008), get a flat head screwdriver. Once you have done that, take the screwdriver and use it to easily remove the key's protective cover. Immediately after, locate the small button battery and remove it, then insert a new battery of the same type (CR1220) and correctly reassemble the protective cover. Finally, test the key's functionality and the procedure is successfully completed.
