Replacing the battery in an Opel Vivaro van is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the key is not inserted for safety.

Then, go to the driver's side and lift the mat. Next, open the panel by unscrewing the relevant bolts with a 10mm spanner. Disconnect both terminals, starting with the negative.

Using a long 13mm socket, unscrew the bolt of the mounting bracket. At this point, you can remove the battery, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything.
