How to disassemble the gear knob of the Opel Astra G

If you want to disassemble the gear knob of your Opel Astra G on your own, but you don't know how to do it, just follow the following procedure. First of all, you have to get into the car and completely turn it off if you haven't already done so, then make sure you have engaged the parking brake and immediately after, grab the gear knob. At this point, rotate it clockwise and pull it upwards until it is completely removed. Once you have done this, you can proceed with the eventual replacement with a new gear knob that is perfectly compatible with your Opel Astra G.
