How to disassemble the front bumper on the Opel Vivaro van?

In this tutorial we can see how to remove the front bumper on the Opel Vivaro van, an extremely simple and fast operation. First, we open the hood, then we remove the upper grille by unscrewing the three fixing screws. We then unscrew the bolts that have just been released, remove both the license plate and the support, and continue with the removal of the side fixing bolts. At this point, we can grab the bumper from one of the two ends, pull it outwards, and separate it from the chassis. To mount the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
