How to change the TPMS sensor on an Opel Astra K

In this video, we are explained how to independently replace the TPMS sensor on the tire of an Opel Astra K: we know that these devices cannot have their batteries changed, so the entire sensor must be replaced. To tell the truth, we allow ourselves to recommend replacing all sensors at the same time even if they appear to be working because, especially if it is a car purchased new, the sensors were all activated at the same time, so they will all run out in a short time. In fact, the sensors are sold in groups of four, as we see for example on eBay with the code 297243147099 at a price of 23.42 euros + 9.76 euros for shipping. We will need an Allen key and an electric air pump to inflate the tire, which must be deflated beforehand, lowered onto the wheel until the position of the old sensor is found. We remove it, clean the seat with a brake cleaner, and then disassemble the new sensor into two parts: one part goes inside the tire and the other part secures it to the wheel. Then we inflate the tire to the pressure indicated by the manufacturer and reprogram it with a programmer - a device that costs a few euros.
