Let's see how to replace the license plate bulb on the Opel Meriva A: open the rear hood and remove the screws that hold the ceiling light located above the license plate; be careful because these screws can be covered in mud and water, so they may be very rusty, and we should consider the possibility of needing to replace them. Once the screws are removed, disconnect the electrical connector that connects the ceiling light to the system and take the ceiling light out of its housing. Remove the connector that holds the bulb, allowing us to change it without having to touch it. Put the new bulb in place, reconnect the connector, reattach the new screws to the ceiling light, and close the hatch.
