How to change the cabin filter of the Opel Astra K.

Let's see how to change the cabin air filter of the Opel Astra K: the filter is located on the right side of the cabin. We need to remove the side cover of the dashboard, unscrew the glove compartment, and using a 7 mm socket screwdriver, unscrew the four screws that hold it in place. Once unscrewed, we pull the entire glove compartment towards us. We remove the clips on the top and slide it out. We will see the plastic cover of the housing; let's open it and remove the dirty filter. We clean the housing thoroughly of dust and debris, and then install the new filter, paying attention to the direction of installation: the arrows should point towards the inside of the car. We close the cover. We reassemble the glove compartment, tighten the upper clips and the four screws, and then reattach the side cover.
