In this video, we see an Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro with right-hand drive that had the speedometer in km/h, while in the United Kingdom, distance measurements are still done using the "imperial" system, hence in miles. Here’s how to change this configuration, which will also be useful for the reverse change. There are four buttons at the bottom of the dashboard. Press the button with the gear icon. Select "systems" or "configurations" and then choose "unit" selecting between "miles" (mph) or "kilometres" (km/h); the button turns red when selected. The main display (speedometer) will automatically change the unit of measurement.
