How to disassemble the fuel pump mounted on an Opel Corsa? To begin, we disconnect the battery cables, then, we remove the seats from the rear seats of the car. We unscrew the tightening screws of the metal cap with a socket wrench (screwdriver); let's remove it away from its seat, use absorbent paper around the perimeter to plug liquid leaks. Unscrew the large locking pin of the fuel pump with a chisel, disconnect the power supply terminals and the liquid circulation pipes. We extract the floating fuel pump from its seat with attached pieces. Let's reassemble a new piece.
