How to remove the fuel pump installed on an Opel Corsa? First, disconnect the battery cables, then remove the rear seat cushions of the car. Use a socket wrench (screwdriver) to unscrew the securing screws of the metal cap; remove it from its seat, using absorbent paper around the perimeter to soak up any liquid leaks. Use a chisel to unscrew the large securing pin of the fuel pump, disconnect the power connectors and the liquid circulation hoses. Extract the fuel pump assembly from its seat along with any attached parts. Install a new piece.
