Reset Service on Opel Karl

Model: Vauxhall Karl MK 1 - Years 2015-2019

Here’s what to do when the service light appears on an Opel Karl. Enter the vehicle, turn on the ignition, and press the "Menu" button located on the control stalk near the steering wheel (left lever). Scroll through the menu until you find "Reset Service", use the Set/Clear buttons and confirm with the "Set" button (the reset confirmation message will appear). Check the radio display for the mileage at which the next oil change service is due. Always remember to make changes to the onboard computer with the ignition off. Always use the control levers to set/reset other settings.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
