Replacing Front Discs and Pads on an Opel Astra

In this video, you will learn how to remove the brake discs and pads from an Opel Astra. First, remove the wheel by unscrewing the bolts and lift the vehicle: then use a thin screwdriver to extract and detach the spring. Now, using a punch, remove the rear screws to take off the brake caliper with its pads. Use an 18 mm socket to dismantle the remaining part of the caliper and with a punch, remove the screws around the brake disc: at this point, remove it and fit the new disc with the new pads!

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level. This should be pulled out and thoroughly cleaned with a cloth: once cleaned, reinsert it back into its tube and pull it out immediately after. This way, you can check that the oil mark is between the minimum and maximum levels; finally, you can place the dipstick back in its tube.
