Remove the protective cap from the nut securing the wiper arms; then unscrew the nuts and pull the arms off the drive pins: they may be stuck, and you might need to lever them off (it is advisable to spray some penetrating oil). Unscrew the nuts at the base of the wiper drive pins, remove the plastic cover under the windscreen: at this point, you can see the wiper motor and the linkage connected to it; if you need to replace the motor, simply unscrew the relevant fixing pins.
