Repairing the Windscreen Washer System on Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra J - Years 2009-2016

Use antifreeze to avoid winter problems with the windscreen washer system. Blow out the washer nozzles with an air compressor. If the fluid still does not come out, before replacing the pump, which has higher costs and maintenance difficulties, check that the system fuse is not blown. Insert a flat screwdriver into the designated openings to lift the cover of the fuse box. The fuse you are looking for is the first one at the top right, in the corner, and it is a 10 A orange fuse. Replace it and check the correct operation of the windscreen washers.
