How to Replace the Wiper Motor on an Opel Astra

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

Before starting, open the bonnet of your Opel Astra. First, disconnect the main electrical connector, then remove the upper seal. Next, remove the wipers and the upper cover. This will give you access to the motor assembly. Proceed to unscrew and remove the bolts securing the entire assembly, then extract it from its housing. At this point, unscrew and remove the bolts securing the motor to its support plate, then remove it, completing the disassembly. To fit the new motor, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
