In this guide, we will see how to change the engine oil and oil filter on an Opel Mokka 1.6 CDTI. First, lift the vehicle and using a socket wrench, unscrew the oil drain bolt, allowing the oil to flow into a container for about twenty minutes; then screw the bolt back in. Next, unscrew the oil filter bolt, which is located right next to the oil sump, and remove it; replace it with the new one of the correct type, ensuring the gasket is properly fitted.

Finally, pour the new engine oil into the designated hole!
