Next, unclip the clip that secures the gaiter to the gear knob. This will free the gear lever gaiter itself. Proceed to remove it by pulling it upwards, completing the disassembly. To fit the new gear lever gaiter, follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
