In this short video, discover how to remove and replace the engine air filter on the first series Opel Insignia with a 2.0 CDTI engine. First, open the bonnet and start by unscrewing the fixing screws located on the sides of the filter box cover using a T25 Torx screwdriver; then unscrew the screws of the intake hose clamp and disconnect the electrical connector from the mass airflow sensor. At this point, unclip the side tabs to remove the cover and access the filter; replace it with a new one and reassemble everything!
