In this video, follow the instructions to remove and replace the glow plugs on the first series Opel Insignia, with a 1.6 CDTi Ecotec engine. First, open the bonnet of your car and remove the upper engine cover; then, remove the caps from the four glow plugs, as shown in the video.

At this point, use a socket spanner with an extension to unscrew the glow plugs and remove them; simply replace them with new original ones of the correct type, tightening them with a torque wrench set to 9 Nm.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
