How to change the key shell on the Opel Meriva

In this video, you can see how to replace the key shell on the Opel Meriva. First, you need a small flathead screwdriver and a thin plastic lever to open the key shell. Take the key and use your finger to open the cover where the remote battery is housed. Use the screwdriver to remove the battery; once the battery is removed, use both hands to carefully open the key shell, helping with the plastic lever. Once the shell is opened, remove and replace all the metal components inside. Proceed to reassemble all the parts in reverse order.
