This detailed tutorial shows how to replace the thermostat in the Opel Corsa D. First, remove the cap from the radiator expansion tank to release pressure. Unscrew the airbox bolt and remove it completely.

Disconnect both connectors, black and red, lift the metal clip shown in the video, and begin loosening the three bolts of the valve. Once done, extract the thermostat, being careful of the coolant that will likely spill out. Insert the replacement part, tighten the bolts, reconnect the connectors, reassemble the air filter, and top up the coolant following the standard procedure.
