Dismantling Starter Motor on Opel Vivaro

Let's look at dismantling the starter motor on an Opel Vivaro. Lift the front bonnet and disconnect the battery terminals, then raise the vehicle with a jack to the desired height. Remove any covers from under the engine bay. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the securing bolts of the starter motor and remove it from the engine bay. Install the new starter motor, connecting the power cables and the associated securing screws. Fix the cover panel under the engine bay, then reconnect the battery terminals. Start the vehicle for a test.
