First, remove the door between the gearbox and the climate control controls. Then lift the gearshift gaiter and unscrew the uncovered screws that secure the plastic that frames the gearbox itself and the entire central dashboard (it is a single unit). At this point you will have released the screws around the central dashboard and which secure it. Remove it and, to disassemble the climate control area, access it from the rear by removing the casing that contains them. Proceed backwards to assemble the new controls, first mounting them on the rest of the plastic of the central dashboard and then reassembling everything.
