Replacement of the Remote Key Cover

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa C - Years 2000-2006

Damage to the rubber coating around the lock and unlock buttons is a common fault; however, it is very easy to find an aftermarket repair kit. Extract the central part of the key that acts as a remote by sliding it out from the key itself, pulling it back like a drawer. Open the remote shells, remove the battery and the electronic circuit to insert them into the new shells (consider replacing the battery as well); close the shells and insert them back into the key holder.
