Trimming Moulding with Film

To cover the chrome trim on the rear tailgate with film, first remove the trim itself: this operation requires the removal of the internal lining panel of the tailgate (pressure fit) and then the fixing nuts of the trim. Once the trim is removed, use a plastic stick to detach the letters, taking care to clean off any adhesive residue.

At this point, apply the film, avoiding the formation of bubbles and/or creases that would compromise its aesthetic finish; then proceed in reverse for reassembly.
