How to Remove and Replace the Rear Lights of the Opel Astra J

Removing the rear lights requires just a few simple steps and can be done in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, they are secured to the chassis with simple plastic clips and can be accessed directly from the area of the rear boot. Unscrew them until they are completely loose. Repeat the same operation on both sides. Disconnect the two connectors from the lights and free them completely. At this point, you can proceed with their replacement. Take the new lights and connect them to the appropriate connectors. Position the two lights in their original location and screw in the appropriate clips. The removal and installation operations are complete; just test them on the road.
