Replacement of Rear Brake Pads

Model: Vauxhall Vectra Vectra B, MK 2 - Years 1995-2002

Once the vehicle is on suitable axle stands, remove the rear wheel and proceed to remove the retaining pins of the brake caliper (only remove the lower pin to allow the caliper to pivot on the upper one); detach the retaining spring of the pads using a screwdriver; lift the brake caliper and remove the old pads; use the appropriate tool to rotate and retract the caliper piston; lubricate the pad seats and the fixing pins to insert the new set of pads, the retaining spring, and tighten the fixing pins.
