Replacement of Remote Key Cover

It is common for the cover of the remote key to break at the buttons for locking and unlocking; you can purchase new covers from the aftermarket to apply to the original key. First, separate the key from the remote by prying at the designated slot; then separate the two halves and extract the electronic circuit complete with battery; next, open the new remote covers, insert the electronic circuit and the seal, close them, and insert the new remote into the key.
