How to Replace the Thermostat on the Opel Corsa 1.3 CDTI

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa E - Years 2014-2019
Part: Thermostat

Open the bonnet and locate the fuel filter at the top of the engine bay. Disconnect the fuel lines and remove the filter. Below, on the left, find the thermostat assembly. Disconnect the connector and use a socket spanner to undo the securing bolts. Once the thermostat assembly is free, pull off the coolant hose and remove the thermostat. Take the new thermostat assembly and position it, then tighten the securing bolts and reattach the coolant hose. Finally, reposition the fuel filter.
